Practising professionals do: people already in clinical careers who add hypnotherapy to their work. The two most recent graduates to write publicly about the training are a medical doctor practising in Gurugram and the Founder Director of Inspired Living, both certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, USA, in 2026.

NGH Certified Hypnotherapist · certificate dated 3 March 2026, presented by Dr. Maruti Sharma · announced on LinkedIn, September 2026

Dr. Meera Iyer's certificate is dated 3 March 2026. She said nothing about it in public for half a year.
The announcement came in September 2026, on her own LinkedIn page, and the gap was the point. She had been using the training with real clients first, and wrote about it only when she had something to report. Our graduates announce results, not paper. A certificate is issued in a day; whether the skill holds up shows later, in the room, client by client. Dr. Iyer let it show first and spoke second, and we would rather every graduate did it in that order.
What she reported, in her own words:
“Practicing as psychologist for 17+ years, I continue to believe that learning never really ends.”
“Over the past 8 months, I have been integrating hypnotherapy with psychotherapy in my work with clients.”
“I welcome anyone interested in hypnotherapy to explore learning with him.”
